Finally, Glenn gets to Exmore. Exmoor is also a national park in SW England. Oare is one of the many villages in Exmoor. This is Oare church, where Lorna Doone was shot.
Many places borrow names from the “Olde Worlde.” Today’s ride starts and ends at two such places, Seaford and Exmore.
Seaford is a town on the south coast of England. It was a port in Roman times, and was used by Alfred the Great. The chalk cliffs are called Seaford Head.

Glenn gets honks and waves in Salisbury, MD - he was on the news last night. Salisbury is also a city in South England, with a magnificent cathedral.
